CASA of Tarrant County has partnered with Urban Air Adventure Parks to provide birthday parties to children in foster care. Each foster parent or CASA volunteer must fill out the following form and parties will be selected on a first come first served basis. We have slots for 5 children’s parties each month at each location. Parties are held the last Sunday of every month from 5-7pm. The available Urban Air locations are- Aledo, Arlington, Bedford, Fort Worth, Mansfield, and Southlake. Please read complete rules below:
The party is for the Ultimate Birthday Party Package.
One Birthday Wish party allowed per foster child.
For foster children ages 3 and up.
Your foster child can invite 9 guests of their choice (17 and under) for no charge. (no extra guests are allowed except parents/relatives). Add more jumpers for $19.99 each.
All parties include a shared party host, access to all Ultimate Park Attractions, 1 bottled water per jumper, balloons, plates, napkins, and forks. Parents are responsible for CAKE and drinks (if desired). Please tip your party host-$20-$25 is recommended per party.
Pizza is a PAID option. Pizzas are $13-$15.00 each. Let your Urban Air party rep know if you desire to order Pizzas.
Each child MUST have a parent sign a jump waiver upon arrival to Urban Air.
Urban Air will contact the family by phone or email to make party arrangements.
Parties need to be scheduled two weeks in advance. *At this time, Urban Air will not be able to accommodate children with special/sensory needs.
